In furtherance of the development of the proposed Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Project, the MCA-Cape Verde II requires the services of consulting firm to provide the necessary technical assistance to national level institutions, new and existing, in order to assist the setup and operation of a new regulatory and policy and planning regime for the sector. This will consist of the following specific tasks:
1. provision of defined deliverables listed in this Terms of Reference,
2. provision of capacity building to beneficiary staff by international and local experts, and
3. provision of structured training.
Responses to Clarifications will be given no later than June 27th, 2013.
The closing time for receipt of Proposals is extented till 11:00 a.m. Cape Verde time of July 8, 2013. Proposals received after this time and date shall not be considered and will be returned unopened. Consultants should be aware that distance and customs formalities may require longer than expected delivery time.
